One team from first site visit to final monitoring report
Ground problems rarely have a single cause, so we never sell a single product. Our engineers start by understanding the site, then propose the combination of techniques that gives you a safe, durable and economical result. Because we design, build and monitor ourselves, there is no gap between what is drawn and what is built.

Three phases of every GeoCo project
Site appraisal and design proposal
- Site investigation and ground condition review
- Slope stability analysis
- Technical support for EC Geoblock applications
- Design proposals for gravity, soil nailed, geogrid-reinforced and soldier pile walls
Implementation and completion
- Supply of EC Geoblock units and geogrids
- Installation of retaining walls, soil nails, rock bolts and ground anchors
- Horizontal drains, micropiles and underpinning
- Guniting and grouting works
Maintenance and monitoring
- Inclinometer installation and readings
- Settlement markers and standpipe piezometers
- Scheduled slope and drainage maintenance
- Plain-language monitoring reports
What we can do for your site
Soil nailing
Steel bars grouted into the slope and finished with a reinforced facing to hold soil in place. Our most common fix for steep cut slopes and failed embankments.
Rock bolting
Tensioned or passive bolts that pin loose rock blocks to stable rock behind, protecting roads and buildings below rock cuts.
Micropiles
Small-diameter, high-capacity piles installed with compact rigs, ideal for tight sites, hillside foundations and underpinning.
Ground anchors
Pre-stressed anchors that tie retaining walls, basements and slopes back into competent ground.
Earth retaining structures
Gravity walls, geogrid-reinforced walls, soil nailed walls and soldier pile walls, including EC Geoblock systems.
Structural repairs
Crack injection, concrete repair, grouting and strengthening works that restore and extend the life of existing structures.
Earthwork
Cut and fill, platform formation, site clearance and controlled demolition with our own supervised crews.
Guniting and shotcrete
Sprayed concrete facings for slopes, soil nail walls and tunnel or culvert repairs.
Horizontal drains
Drilled sub-horizontal drains that lower groundwater pressure inside a slope, one of the most effective ways to stop a wet slope moving.
Turfing and hydroseeding
Fast vegetation cover for finished slopes to control erosion and leave a green, natural finish.
Slope monitoring
Inclinometers, settlement markers and standpipe piezometers installed, read and reported so you know how your slope is behaving.
EC Geoblock
Supply and installation of our patented precast block system for gravity walls, reinforced soil walls, slope facings and erosion protection.

Slope failure? We respond quickly
After heavy rain, a slope or wall can fail with little warning. We can attend site quickly, make the area safe, and design a permanent repair that deals with the real cause, usually water. Typical remedial works combine soil nails, horizontal drains, EC Geoblock facings and proper surface drainage.
- Rapid site assessment and temporary protection
- Permanent remedial design with costed options
- Monitoring during and after the works
